Pressure Cookin’ is owned by Gerry Dornan who has been in the business of chef’s wear since 1994. I was aware for some time that chefs country-wide were discontented with chefwear that was outdated, uncomfortable and badly designed. There was clearly a need for a new approach. So we launched our own unique brand of chefwear called Pressure Cookin’, which featured a vent system for added comfort and a pop button on tape system for convenience, looked stylish and was durable enough to take anything that was thrown at it!
